About Dun Rite Towing: Florence's Most Trusted Name in Towing
Every Job Earned. Never Advertised.
Dun Rite Towing was built on one belief: that people deserve real help in their most stressful moments. Since 2000, we’ve shown up for Florence drivers not because of a catchy slogan or a big marketing budget, but because helping people in their time of need is simply what we do.
It Started With an Opportunity and a Willingness to Serve
Dun Rite Towing didn’t start with a big business plan or a marketing campaign. It started with an opportunity and a willingness to serve. In May 2000, we took over a towing operation that serviced local automotive shops, beginning with a single trailer and a commitment to doing right by every customer we helped.
To this day, every job we’ve earned has come from word of mouth. Not ads. Not promotions. Just people telling other people that we showed up, did the work, and treated them the way they deserved to be treated.
We See the Person Behind Every Call
We love being in business where we get to earn a living serving others. We provide an affordable service that in return provides for our family and jobs for our employees to serve and provide for their families as well. That belief shapes every call we take, every truck we dispatch, and every job we complete. Our mission is simple: to help people in their time of need and to be part of the solution to their problem. Whether you’re a daily commuter, a traveler passing through, or a commercial driver with a box truck on the shoulder of the interstate, we’re here to take the burden off your shoulders and handle it for you.
What We Bring to Every Job
We run a full fleet out of Florence covering light-duty, medium-duty, and flatbed work, ready for passenger cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and everything in between.
We’re also one of the few towing companies in the area fully equipped to handle electric vehicles. While many companies hesitate when an EV needs a tow, we have the proper equipment and the know-how to do it safely every time.
For classic cars, high-value vehicles, and farm or industrial equipment, we carry elevated cargo insurance above industry standard so your vehicle is protected from pickup to drop-off.
